What is a Transaction Coordinator?

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) manages all details involved in closing a PA real estate Transaction and monitors the entire process through agents, clients, title companies, lenders, and attornies.

Do YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Yes, referrals are always appreciated. If you refer an agent who uses my service, I will credit you $25.00 on your next closed transaction.

What if the Transaction doesn't close?

I only get paid in the event the transaction closes. If the client simply changes their mind and decides not to sell or your buyer walks, their is no fee.

Are My files secure and Confidential?

I do not share your information with anyone. I have encrypted my Jotform which is the platform in which you will send me your documents.
